Terms of Service
1. Service
Freppit generates editable presentations ("decks") from your source material using AI. Output is a transformation, not a verbatim copy, of your source.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Invite-only during beta. You must provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Not for use by anyone under 16. The service is provided from Australia and is not directed at users in the EU/EEA.
3. Your content & license to us
You retain ownership of source material and generated decks. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (generate, render, store, deliver). You represent you have the rights to the content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content; no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; no uploading others' confidential data without rights.
5. Credits & billing
The service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when generating / rendering / regenerating decks (per the in-app pricing). Credits are not currency, non-transferable, and (unless required by law) non-refundable. Free/granted credits may expire. Prices may change with notice.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before use. Freppit provides tools to review and edit but does not warrant correctness, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
7. Warranties & liability
Service provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total aggregate liability, for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service, to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) AUD 100; and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (e.g. the Australian Consumer Law).
8. Termination
We may suspend/terminate accounts for breach. You may stop using and request deletion at any time.
9. Governing law
New South Wales, Australia law governs; disputes in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
